Varvetmilen is arranged in several different locations during several dates, this to give as many runners as possible the chance to get ready for Göteborgsvarvet 2025.

Seize the opportunity: Qualify for a better start wave
Varvetmilen is a race that offers a good chance to achieve a good time on the 10 km distance; all the races are fast and flat. Regardless of where in the country you choose to run Varvetmilen, the result is seeding-based for the Göteborgsvarvet 2025. Take the opportunity to start in a better start wave on May 17 when it's time for the Göteborgsvarvet 21 km again!
Varvetmilen will be held in Malmö April 5, Gothenburg April 12, Jönköping April 21, and Sollentuna May 1.
You can also choose to run the Digital Varvetmilen (registration open later) wherever you are, April 13–23. -
Get a better starting wave: Seeding system - Göteborgsvarvet
With a result in Varvetmilen 2025, you will automatically be seeded into a better starting wave in Göteborgsvarvet 2025 than if you are unseeded; no additional registration is required.
If you have multiple seeding results, only your best result will be used for seeding.

Activate the family: Minivarvet on Varvetmilen's tour
Minivarvet will also be part of Varvetmilen's tour. At all the tour stops, there will be a 210-meter race for children aged 0-6 running alongside Varvetmilen. Registration for Minivarvet takes place on-site for 80 SEK (swish), and as usual, all little sprinters receive a well-deserved medal and t-shirt and can run as many times as their legs allow during the event's open hours.
